Our Income and Expenditure form can be used by new clients who would like to fill their financial information in and forward it on to us or existing clients whose financial situation has changed.

N245 – Variation Order
An N245 can be printed off, signed and dated by our clients if our creditor liaison department is going to reduce a monthly payment set by a County Court Judgement.
EX160 Application for Fee Remission
An EX160 is to be completed if our client is receiving benefits and is unable to make the £35 payment to the court in order for the N245 Variation Order to be processed.,/p>
